Samantha's pov

I lay here quietly taking small breaths. I hear a machine and I realized that I'm still alive how I don't know. I remember being shot by Jane.

I try to move but I feel something heavy on me and I groan as I feel pain in my chest and my body feels like it has been hit by a train.

I open my eyes and saw Apollo sitting on a chair with his head laying on top of me, "Apollo?" I whispered touching his face with one hand.

"Baby! Oh, thank God your awake!" He exclaims sitting up straight.

"Water," I croaked out as I tried to talk louder.

"I will get you some water and let Nathan know that you are awake," he says standing up and kissing me on the forehead before leaving the room.
