On the way home from the hotel I am still super pissed. I sat as far away from him as I possibly could. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but space is something I needed to sort out my thoughts. I was glad he let me go to the room to change by myself. He at least understood that I would put up a good front out in public, but our fight hasn’t even begun.

With everything I overheard, both of our companies would suffer if we didn’t get this situation figured out. We could deal with Fabian easily, but the mess with his grandfather was going to be far more complicated and Max said I would be needed to help make it right. I am not going to let the innocent people who rely on us for their livelihood suffer because of the greedy people in the mix. That is my only motivation right now for being helpful.
