Silverhound

Asty walks into the silent halls with a stern look on her face. Even if the darkness was around her, the mourning inside her chest could never allow the fear to rise more.

Lana had been peeking from the corners of the walls as Asty continued to walk. She wanted to approach her and ask what was wrong, but Lana couldn't. Asty seemed too distant for her to even ask.

"I know you're there."

The maid jolted in surprise when Asty caught her. She smiled at her, but the maid knew that it was forced. She didn't seem too cheerful at all.

"A-Asty..."

"Hello, Lana."

"You shouldn't be loitering around during the night." she heaved a high. "Remember that someone attacked you in the library, you should be more careful."

"I know."

Lana stared at her. The smile on her face was not the smile that told her: 'Yes, I understand.', but instead- it was 'It doesn't matter.'

The maid frowned. "You don't seem to be very cheerful lately, Asty." she
