The Visitor

Asty woke up to the sound of cogs and wheels. She only opened her eyes and lifted herself as the sun shone brightly from the window. She felt her whole body ache from soreness when she tried to stand up.

Slowly making her way to fold the curtain, she finds a fancy carriage in front of the gate. She squinted her eyes to see more. Owl opened them and the carriage proceeded to park inside.

"A visitor?" she asked herself. She shrugged her shoulders and aimed for her bathroom to start her morning routine.
