Chapter 48

Suddenly, the other side of the bed sank in. Quentin loomed over Noelle.

"You still have unfinished business, Mrs. Lowe!" he remarked.

Noelle choked. She pressed her hands against his chest and protested, "Mr. Lowe, my period is here!"

Quentin's gorgeous eyes pierced into hers, and his throat bobbed. He then rose from atop her. Soon, Noelle drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
