As Sophia moved as Micha’s eyes raked over her he had to stop her from moving. He looked in her eyes and saw that she was slightly scared but he had no idea why. They had already had sex in the barn. He had seen her mostly naked before. As she tried to hide herself and cover her chest he knew something was there that he didn’t know.
“Cowgirl, what is it?” He asked softly as he pulled her closer.
“Nothing Micha.” She said as she tried to pull away.
“What is it really, Sophia?” He asked not letting her go. “Do you think you aren’t pleasing to the eye? I assure you that you are.”

Micha was dead asleep when he heard some noise on the first floor. He didn’t want to get out of the warm bed with Sophia curled around him. He didn’t realize them that he had missed this. The feeling of a warm body next to him completely relaxed with the sedation from a wild bout of sex. With Sophia was different though. When the two woke up again it was still dark but morning. They knew to make sure Micha’s new plan for the people who worked for him they had to be ready and willing to do anything for the day. Sophia went to the stables which was a place that no matter where you went or on any farm or ranch was always the same. The layout might be slightly different but the day to day activities in it was the same. Sophia knew exactly what to do without being told where anything was. She smiled to herself and then began collecting the buckets from the stalls and then filling them up with either water or feed. She could see the ones that they had the more specialized diets for and though she didn’t know exactly what it was she could guess.She began hauling the water buckets to each stall and placing them in their holders on the wall. Micha watched as the people all filled the area and they looked like they were already miserable. He was going to enjoy the next few days. The people there had no idea what he had planned. Though he knew he couldn’t outright fire them all he wanted to make their lives a living hell for the two weeks.“Alright people settle down,” Micha said as he raised his voice a bit. He glanced over to the stable and saw her walking around to go to the back pen probably to go check on the cow again. He smiled to himself and then looked at the people in front of him. None of them were dressed right for the day he had planned. Nice shirts and khakis were going to get ruined out here but he honestly didn’t care anymore. “We will be breaking down into smaller groups so your abilities can be tested. As breakfast was being doled out the people were still grumbling about being up at an ungodly hour. They also didn’t like the idea of being tested even though it made perfect sense to match them with the correct animal and tasks that they could do. Sophia listened as she was off to the side and she was not surprised even though she was disappointed in a way. These people really did need a wake up call on how life worked outside of the city.It was making her almost mad the way they kept going on and on about things they had no idea it was there in place for hundreds of years. They weren’t any less of people because they kept a certain way of life going. It was simple but hard. As the two walked over to the pen they both could feel the daggers being sent their way. Sophia couldn’t help but worry a bit about the outcome of pushing them to the brink but for now she had to focus on the calf. It was in the corner of the pen while it’s mother and twin were on the other side getting along great. “Your mom said not to try to bother getting the mother to accept the calf.”“She is right.” He said as he looked down at her. “I don’t know how it is on your type but if a mother rejects it at birth normally because it is a multiple or whatever it won’t ever. Just focus on your job as it’s adopted mother and I will figure out where we are going to put it.”“Micha I can have my father take it in for a bit.” Sophia said as she looked at him.

As he opened the door and nearly pushed her into the small building he closed the door behind him and locked the simple door handle. This building was hardly ever used unless it was the end of season. It wasn’t so he knew everything would be minimal in there and no one would be looking to get into it.
