Chapter 20

After a week, Adam was too busy managing his businesses or so whatever he's been doing. After we visited Mr. Leon, he drove me home and he didn’t stay by my house. He told me that he'll be busy for a week, and now it's been 6 days of us just texting one another after the beach. It's been one hell of a busy day for me as well, group of distributors came in, trying to make us release some of the books being reviewed and it was stressful.

"Eva, do you want coffee?" Natalie barged in with her beautiful innocent smile and was followed by Zach who carried some treasure in his plastic bag.

"I think she'll be having soda, Nat." He smiled at her and hands her over one carton of chocolate milk. "This is for you." Natalie's eyes shone like a kid and it made me laugh. The woman who’ll have her will be so lucky. She waved us goodbye before marching out of my office. I beamed at Zach and he did the same with me, lifting the bag for me to get all excited.
