Chapter Twenty Six

Starved Passion:::

"Mr Gilbert!" Ivana screamed banging on the door, she could see smoke coming out of the room, great fear came upon her, as she waited for the security men.

Few minutes later the security were on the 40th floor, evacuating the other occupants, they quickly opened the door with the spare key.

Ivana rushed inside calling out Davin's name, he was on the floor not responding to her, she dropped to her knees coughing due to the grenade that was thrown into the room, another round of gun shots rang out several times scattering everything made with glasses in the room, Ivana scream lying flat on the floor with her hands over her head.

She silently prayed for the gun battle to stop and hope Davin was still alive.

"Davin!" She called him again, but no response from davin who was lying flat on the floor unconscious, showing no sign of life at all.

Ivana slowly crawled towards him and tapped him, "Are you okay?" She gently touched his head to checking for any sign injury.
