CHAPTER 100

Meanwhile Carlo was having a meeting in the conference room together with his five subordinates. He decided to use this opportunity to talk to them about his new assistant.

"By the way," he said while looking at each one of them. "I would like to inform all of you that my new assistant will arrive later this day. As you know, my former assistant is already resigned. Her name is Tricia and she will accompany me in my upcoming meetings!"

"But sir," said Jeffrey who is working in Carlo's company for more than two decades. He also happened to be one of Carlo's best friends. "I actually talked to her last time and she told me that she'll return!"

"She never mentioned me that... however you've got nothing to worry about since Tricia is just a temporary replacement... as of now I really need her because I have consecutive meetings these following days. Anything else?"

"Yes sir, sorry I've got a lot of questions in my mind right now!" said Jeffrey. "Can you please tell us anything about her?"
