"Already. What's next?" Khai asks me after he puts the seasonings to the fish.
"Uh... Do you have flour here?"
"Flour? Oh, sorry, I don't have it in here. Why? What is the flour for?" He asks.
"You know, to make the fish crispy." I know. Because I once observed Steph while she was cooking fried chicken.
"Oh, I see. So, what we gonna do? I don't have flour. Should I buy?"
"Can you?"
"Sure. I will be quick." He says and immediately removes his apron.
"Okay," I say, then he exits the kitchen and leaves his unit.
As soon as he left, I get my phone and watch the tutorial again. It was then I know, it was really different from the tutorial, what we did was very different from the tutorial I watched. Oh goodness! I need to search for other steps that have flour used.
And I found one. Thank goodness!
