"I'm sorry, my princess. You must have been hurt and cry a lot and I was not there to comfort you." Kuya says and he tightens his hug to me. I hug him back.
I know what he is talking about.
"Don't be sorry, Kuya. It's not your fault that you weren't by my side when I was hurt and crying." I reply in a lower tone of my voice.
Kuya moves his body from hugging me, and he looks at me in the eyes. Sadness with a mix of guilt travel all over his face.
"How much did you cry?"
"Hmm. A lot. I cried a lot actually, but don't worry, Kuya. I'm fine now." I give him an assuring smile, then I hug him again. As I expected, he hugs me back.
