I practised for hours with Arasia. She taught me how to control my breathing and feel the surge of energy inside of me. How to remain relaxed, focus and channel it.

She wanted me to work with the element air first because I had already used that once. Air is all around us, using it as a weapon would be easier than other elements.

But after hours of trying I still couldn't even make a small swirl of wind on my hand as Arasia was trying to teach me. It was frustrating and I grunted in annoyance.

"It's your first time and you have just learned about it, don't fret and take your time. Let's take a break and we will continue from here tomorrow," she emphatically patted my shoulder and I sighed but agreed.
