The never-ending pain refused to subside. The storm of helplessness that brimmed inside me engulfed me whole and chewed out the messed-up remains.

How could he Alpha command me without even listening to my side of the story? One could only Alpha command their pack members but Lycans could Alpha command any werewolf and a Lycan Alpha could Alpha command any Lycan or werewolf who was below him in power.
