Chapter 56 - Putting A Safe Distance

Their altercations earlier made Jade having a second thought about their sleeping arrangements. She was battling whether to sleep on the same bed with Tyler.

She was full of regret for allowing herself to get lost in his touch. It was a mistake that shouldn't be repeated.

Tyler was waiting for her to come out of the bathroom. She had been in the bathroom for almost an hour.

"Jade," Tyler called from the door.

Hearing no reply from the other side after several times of calling out her name, Tyler barged into the bathroom.

Jade shrieked, covering her chest. Tyler's eyes darkened and Adam's apple rolled up and down as he swallowed.

"Get out!" She yelled in trepidation when Tyler scanned her body with his intense gaze.

Tyler didn't move a bit, his eyes still glued on her body.

"You weren't answering when I called your name," he said with a raspy voice.

"Get out!" She repeated, her body was paralyzed in shame, unable to move and get the towel to cover it.
