I sigh. I anticipated his visit and his question because I can only observe the moon's position from a far distance. Even though I tried to grasp the window glass in my room with my hand, I was aware that I couldn't.

I scan the room, and when I notice that he is looking at me, I narrow my eyes.

"It's because that's what you said, Auster," I catch him grinning, but it's a little different this time as if the smile never made it to his ears. When that happens, I can't help but squint my eyes, but they also expand when he says something.

“You're aware of Zeiron, right?”

"Yes, Xander and I ran into him at that auction night. Why?" He merely sighed and didn't even answer my query before finally narrowing his eyes and gazing at me.

Before I could even think of what to say, “I already had a gut feeling that Zeiron might have lost because of what I had heard earlier about Celius visiting his office earlier and reporting about the nearby e
