Seeking the Truth II

I had no idea that when I opened my eyes again, two people were staring at me as if I were ill. They all had this frightened look on their faces, and Cee's presence caught my attention the most.

"I guess you're surprised to see me here, but you should be grateful because if not, the curse on this family would have kept you from waking up."

“Curse?”

Those men and this werewolf must not have told you much about this location, I see. Cee bowed his head and pretended that what he was thinking was accurate. I can see that I'm still in the same room as I was earlier, but there aren't any children or even two elderly adults around.

“Ugh!” My head is aching once more, so I touch it. Even Creed's magic doesn't appear to fully operate on mine, and before I realized what was happening, Cee had already hugged me. Suddenly, I see these binding lights and they make me feel lighter than before.

“Do you feel okay now, there?”
