Chapter 9

I eat as everyone else just looks at me until someone comes walking through the doors; not bothering to look up as I continue to eat when I hear a few teachers whispering about the person. Curiously, I wanted to see who they were whispering about, but would it really be beneficial?

“What is that girl doing?”

That didn’t take long; looking up, I saw Jess crouching the newcomer; the male was just staring at her, as if no one really came up to him. Before she could open her mouth, Molly grabs her and moves her away from the guy before giving him a flirty smile. Slightly upset with her, but didn’t want to interfere with Jess’s fun, so I waited.

“The girl’s mother hasn’t taught her anything.”, she says as she stares at Jess.
