Ashley woke up, Xavier wasn't in bed. She decided to check for him at the sit-out since the door was still locked. He hasn't changed from the same position, and he looks deep in thought.

"You don't have to let it bother you." She said, walking closer to him.

"I know, but I have to. Why would she want me to save her pack?"

"I think that's a question for the moon goddess to answer. She brought the girl to you, and she picked you out of many Alpha's existing. There's got to be a reason why she did so."

Xavier looks at her. "Reason?" He scoffed. "What reason? I already promised myself not to have any thing to do with the Crescent pack after what they did to me. They stole important knowledge from me, using it against me, but I won't let that happen again."
