I started to head towards the direction of the shop when an alarm from my cuff stopped me. It was blazing red. Meaning it was an urgent call from our general.
Rachel saw it too and winced. “Aw man. Now of all times.” She sighed, to which I offered her an apologetic look as I would no longer be able to accompany her on her shopping.
“Sorry.” I told her.
“iIt’s fine. I understand that There’s nothing we can do about it.” She told me with a grin. “After all, what we are doing is saving lives. Go on before you’re late.”
