CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE: Night Dinner With Them

“So you are Kevin Thomas? Laurene’s boyfriend?” after Sofia and Kade greeted us, Kevin take a look at Sofia when she called him.

“Y-yeah. And you are Sofia? Lola’s cousin, right?” Kevin adjusted himself as he tried to stand up to shake hands with Sofia.

They introduced themselves to each other.

“Nice, to meet you, Kevin..” they are smiling at each other while they are at that moment. I heard Laurene intentionally cough making them stop shooking their hands. I tried to glance at Kade and he just heaves and sighed, avoiding his eyes and not looking at that part.

“Oh, sorry for that..” I heard they just chuckled. Sofia diverted her eyes to look at Laurene for a second and I saw she tried to show her fake smile to her.
