Megan's POV

I saw my mother-in-law welcoming her guests. I don't really know anyone here. When I got engaged to Joe it was just simple. Didn't have time to invite many people. Only the nuclear family. So this is the first time for me to hold a party like this.

I also saw Joe here. He just sat with an expression on his face that didn't see me. I also just continued walking to the place to eat that had been provided. But unfortunately, there is no spicy food on the special family dining table. I headed to the dining table available for guests. I had some spicy dishes, namely spicy tofu. Ah, I can't wait to eat this.

“Megan, you think you're the lady here? Don't embarrass the Hardwin family by taking food from the guest table. Food for the family is prepared there and this is for guests only.”
