Netrand's answer did not immediately make me feel relieved. Because if I remember again, I was in my fertile period and I could have gotten pregnant straight away even though I had just had sex.

As a biology graduate, at least I know this. Even though you've only had sex once, if fertilization occurs between sperm and egg cells, pregnancy can still occur. Especially if done during the fertile period, it can increase the risk of pregnancy.
