Chapter 28 I am coming after you

“Wake up!” someone’s voice traveled through my ears and I have no idea who’s talking. I never heard that voice before.

“She is still knocked out,” another voice said, a little bit worried. “Boss will kill us if she suffers anything. He told us to keep her alive.”

I feel a cold hand taking my temperature as if someone is touching my forehead and the moment he touches my skin I feel like puking. Dammit! It’s a rogue!

“Make her open her eyes!” the first man I heard talking said and within seconds later I am doused in freezing water.

“Oh, my goddess!” I scream out loud as the cold water is like a knife cutting through my skin.

“What the hell is wrong with you?” I ask and try to release myself but I realize that those jerks tied me up by the bedpost. And this is when I freaked up.

“I was sure that she was pretending!” the rogue says. “The wolfsbane was in a small dose.” but I ignore his remark and looking around I realize that I have no idea where I am.
