All the hunger the Raze felt vanished immediately and was replaced with anxiousness. He wasn't scared of the Lycan Head of the packs, he just didn't know why on earth they wanted to meet him.

The Lycan Head of the three packs were three old powerful Men to controlled the affairs of the Pack anonymously. They weren't Kings or Alpha but we're considered as the messengers of the Moon goddess to relay information to the people by using the birds or a little child.
