Apology

A row of tears made its way out of his eyes. Regret or rage not known. 

"Davie." The small voice made him come out of his trance. 

"Y-yeah" 

"You are crying? Are you hurt?" 

"N-No. I'm not." David hugged Alex. "I'm okay."

"You are lying." 

"How did you sleep?" David changed the topic. 

"You are very soft." Alex said shyly. "It feels good to sleep so close to you." 

"And you are so cute." David gave him a tender kiss over his forehead.

"What was that for?" 

"For being here with me." 

"You are being cheesy now." 

"Get used to it." 

"I would love to." Alex replied with a kiss also over his cheek and then after that getting all read and shy. 

A knock on the door made them come out of their happy world. 

"Who is it?" David asked. 

"I-Is Alex w-with you?" David knows the voice but the dread in it was confusing
