The last fireworks

A mug of hot chocolate had now been handed by Andrew to Olivia. "Thank you," the woman said with a sweet smile as she accepted the mug that Andrew handed her.

Andrew was now back sitting on the chair on the balcony of the room he was in and staring at the snowflakes that had fallen again today. The weather was getting colder the man felt but it did not dampen his desire to enjoy the turn of the year today.

The two of them decided not to make bbq like they used to do every time the new year happened. They just wanted to have a quiet and comfortable New Year and just stare at the snow falling until midnight and the new year coming.

"I'm still very cold," said Andrew calmly but his sweet smile did not stop etched.

"We can move if you want. Besides, it doesn't look like this idea is working too well because it's just getting colder," Olivia said. Andrew shook his head.
