Kalthum pushed him as she moved away from him. He just got back from his outing with Raihana. Kalthum is irritated with the way Raihana throws herself at Faisal. It's so nauseating.
The reason she has been giving him the cold shoulders is because, he didn't even ask for her permission. Yes ,she understood that he was only following his parents orders but still he should have asked her too. Her opinion does matter. Her feelings matters! Why can't he see that!
