CHAPTER 50

Gerald was patiently waiting at The Buzz Café in Robinsons Galleria, the meeting place he agreed with Lizzy, but as usual, she was late.

It was thirty minutes when he saw the voluptuous woman coming inside the restaurant while clutching her black pouch. Clad in tattered jeans and a black blouse, Lizzy looked casual, especially with her eyewear and long tresses of hair. He was used to the way she dresses but it was not every day that he would see a woman in a street-style outfit. He waved his hand to let her know where he was sitting and she smiled.

“Baldy,” she greeted him with a kiss on his cheek. “How are you?”

“Just fine, Miss Flirt. You looked cool today,” he complimented her outfit before she sat down and called the waiter to order.

Lizzy ordered the spicy flower salad and seafood pizza. “What will you have for your drink?” she asked Gerald after she ordered their food.

“I’m not sure if my opinion is still important, just go ahead.” He responded sarcastica
