"The earlier we leave, the better for us all, Liam, because trust me, if anything happens to her, this pack won't be able to accommodate us all!" I warned, gritting my teeth in anger as I looked at Liam, who had his head bowed to the ground.

I understood his point; I understood what was going on in his mind, and he wasn't right, but watching and knowing that My Mate was in danger and that I was the one who sent her to her doom would be the end of me.

I can't just live knowing I led her to her demise. I will never forgive myself, and Liam was aware of that.

"Now, are you going to lead the way or watch me leave the pack alone?" I asked with a deep daring voice, glaring at him.

He paused for a second, but after a short while, he released a soft sigh and lifted his head to my face.
