CHAPTER 18: RED EYES

Gidian moved with stealth towards the glowing blood-red eyes. His steps were calculated; precise. He had to make sure he didn't scare the creature any more than it already was. He could detect the fear seeping from the animal's body. With every step Gidian took, the animal took a few strides backward.
