Roy’s heart felt a little less heavy by the time he arrived home, recalling with a soft smile, the stories Damien had told him about the Lycan Society. Although Damien was as striking as Bryan in terms of looks, they were literally the opposite sides of a coin. Damien was a lot less complicated and more vocal about his feelings and thoughts, unlike Bryan who bottled everything up.

The smile on his face dimmed when he saw Bryan standing alone in the huge foyer of his home, the staff nowhere in sight.

“Where have you been?”

“Where have you been?”

Ignoring Bryan, he called out to the butler and Carpalia but none of them answered. He whirled back to snap at Bryan, “Where’s everyone?”
