Chapter Eighty-five

At noon, Roy didn’t go to Anderson’s Inc. cafeteria to eat. Instead, he let the company and planned to visit Liam first.

But as soon as he stepped out of the gate, a man rushed over with a bag in hand. Before he could move away, the man slammed the bag over his head repeatedly.

There was rivets on the bag and since they were smashed down with that much force, his vision became hazy for a while as blood trickled down the side of his face.

The security guard at the gate quickly stopped the man with the disheveled appearance, pinning him to the wall as he struggled to get away. Placing a hand over his head, Roy walked closer to the man and soon he could see the man’s face as clear as day.

It was Frederick Macintyre. He had become very haggard.

His face was drained of color and his swollen eyes glimmered red hot with hatred as he snarled at the security guards holding him down.

His lips looked badly chapped and dry as he muttered various obscenities at the guard. He looked insane.
