I felt it and I could smell the hunters approaching our pack. I had been expecting them and I was looking forward to their arrival for a very long time.
I quickly walked out of the pack house and found my father and the elders outside talking in low voices.
"Elders," I called softly.
They quickly looked at me as one gestured me to move closer.
"Alpha, I don't know if you detected this, but a few hunters and assassins might be on their way to here." He said.
I nodded then looked at my father.
"Father, please gather the warriors quickly," I ordered seriously.
