"My love, is something bothering you?" Hera asked in concern.
I looked at her then shook my head in denial.
Yes, I was still bothered by Halt's words since yesterday. How could a Tasmanian take a hit for a hunter!. The only reason I could think of was if she was bonded to him. But that was impossible right?.
"Zver." She called then moved and sat on my lap facing me on the bed.
I sighed softly and wrapped my arms around her, pulling her closer.
She was smelling heavenly and just having her in my arms made me feel at ease.
