Book 4: Chapter 51-Confuse

“What’s wrong?” Tyler asked his friend in a whisper when he noticed that she was stunned while holding her cellphone.

Jade smiled and shook her head at her friend and continued walking into the dining room. She set the cellphone to silent so as not to make noise, and she knew that Tristan would not stop calling.

Liza supported her husband until he sat on the chair. She even scooped him and almost fed him. When she looked at Jade, she was sneering at her. Her daughter was obviously jealous of Jade because Tyler took care of her.

Before her butt had warmed up sitting next to Tyler, Jade felt her cellphone vibrate. She simply glanced at it and read the message. She was still nervous when she read Tristan’s name. “Where the hell are you now? Why aren’t you answering my calls?”
