Jade rushed to the hospital after getting out of the car. Adrian just called and informed her that her father is awake.

“Honey, thanks, God, and you’re awake!” She closed Luke’s palm in her hands and kissed the back of it.

Luke looked around and couldn’t move his head. He couldn't speak either because there was something covering his mouth.
