Chapter 18 Hello Beautiful!

Jayden had to work overtime. Deji's unexpected visit disrupted his schedule and the fact that he took out time to call Janet added to it. Thinking of Janet, he can't help but smile. When he was done with most of the work he set out to do for the day, he called her.

Janet reached home paid the cab. She freshened up and had dinner with her family. She went into the room to pick up her charger so she can watch TV with her parents for a bit before she retire for the night when her phone rang. She saw the Caller ID and smiled.

"Hello Jayden"

"Hello Sunshine"

Janet blushing "How are you? Have you closed for the day?"

"No, actually, I am still at the office."

"This late? Your company closes very late?"

"Not really. We officially close at 6pm except on occasions where we all or most of us have to work overtime"

"Oh. That's one hour later than my office. We close at 5pm"

" That's nice. The time I leave work depends on my workload. But I will leave soon. Decided to call you first. So what's up?
