"When were you going to come in?", Athina said almost in a whisper.
"You look bad, what's wrong?", he asked instead, the thought of coming to get his mail, flew out of his head.
"Is that why you have been patrolling tro and fro the door?", Her lips quirked slightly upward.
"I guess that it's a positive answer to my question, what's wrong?.....", he paused, before letting himself inside the house, not before Athina's hesitation of him coming inside.
His brow creased in a deep frown, "Why was she not allowing me to come in?", he questioned himself.
While he was already inside, he looked back at Athina who stood by the side of the door, not daring to come stand an inch beside him.
His gaze travelled from the edge of her hair to the toes of her feet, before his eyes reached her feet, his eyes rested on the swell of her hips, which had reduced so much.
