"What did you you just say?"

She asked again even though she heard him clearly the first two times, she just didn't want to believe what she was hearing, is that the reason Cleo had wanted to meet him?

"I am sorry Laura,"

He said bowing his head in shame. "I didn't quite get what you said though, you might wanna consider saying it again."

She replied wishing for his words to change but yet again he said the exact same words.

"Cleo is pregnant and the baby is mine," he repeated and Laura felt her world crumble, she knew it, she knew that something was gonna happen to ruin her happiness, she should have seen it coming.

"When did you find out about this?" She asked through her heavy thoughts.

"Two weeks ago," he responded

"What? Two weeks? And you are just telling me? Is this why you have been shutting me out? I don't understand if she is pregnant for you how come you are just finding out? Why didn't you tell me about it?"

"I am sorry"
