With every moment that passed, Candace Halm found herself becoming more and more interested in her boss's son, the young man whose case had brought her to the one place she'd not been in for a while.

As the much older woman that she was, she wasn't much moved by his biceps or the fact that he constantly licked his lips while he spoke to her, something that the youngsters she'd come across with did a lot.
