Chapter 140: Daniel Is Dead

Margret Owen's face registered confusion as Charlie Sr. stared at her, his fists clenched and his eyes narrowed with expectation. He shifted his gaze between Margret and the person lying on the hospital bed, trying to gauge if she recognized him.

"Who is he?" Margret asked, perplexed by Charlie Sr.'s behaviour.
