Chapter 163: Brenda Is Dead

Charlie Sr. quickly grabbed Margret's arm to prevent her from falling off the edge. But Brenda, in a fit of madness, grabbed Margret's leg and refused to let go.

Ignoring Charlie Sr.'s commands to release Margret, Brenda shouted out into the wind, "Daniel, I'm coming for you. You'll see the error of your ways when you realize you should have chosen me over this bitch!"

Margret was overcome with emotion and tears welled up in her eyes. She struggled to maintain her grip on the edge as Brenda's grasp on her leg grew stronger.

Desperately, Charlie Sr. urged Margret to grab his outstretched arm. "Take my other hand," he shouted over the howling wind.

Margret tried to reach for his hand, but Brenda's hold on her leg made it impossible. The cold wind whipped at her hair as she called out softly to Charlie Sr.

As the situation grew more dire, Charlie Sr. knew he had to act quickly to save Margret.
