Shannon packed her few things as she left the house, she'd was doing it for her son, she had to protect him at all cost.

Nana had promised her as usual that everything was going to be fine, she transferred enough money to Nana since she would be away for a week.

"Just one week and I would be back!" She said affirming with him and he nodded his head.

Ryan collected her bag from her as he dropped it inside his car and then drove her home.

When they got to the mansion, it was late and dinner was already served, a servant was sent to call them "Let's go down for dinner" she told him immediately they got inside.

He scrunched up his face as he look at her, "sure why not he replied her"

Where they got downstairs everyone was seated already, Shannon noticed Reuben was looking at her all the time, she blessed the food and then everyone began to eat in silence.
