Bennett Stone had been curious about the stakes and the death.

If he'd taken the lead to take out all the cartels in his City at the docks.

It would have been easy.

He had men and women flocking around him, to take and to give.

He did not deal well with charity.

He'd give you shit and you'd take it that way or better still get on his black list.

At the end of the night, leaving the club where he'd gone to clear his head with his buddies.. he'd come to learn that there was a new cartel in his City.

One that he was not aware of.

Men could stay...fuck around and do whattheye deem fit.

But he didn't accept rape, and drug trafficking.

He wanted his City to be sane and not mad.

He'd taken the job as the capo to make sure it was cleaned and for the past few years he'd stayed on top, and the city had been cleansed.

He would not sit and watch men come and scatter his rules.
