"So, I've gotta ask again," Jenna said as we walked out of the restroom. "What's going on between you and the boss?”

I rolled my eyes, "I don't know what you're driving at.” I replied.

Jenna grabbed my hands and spun me around to face her, “Oh c'mon don't play dumb. I ran into him on the way to the female bathroom and you happened to be the only person there.” Jenna narrowed her eyes. “I know something's going on between you two.”

She must have suspected something was off between us but I don't want to give her the slightest impression that I have a thing going on with the boss. Yes I've kinda developed feelings for Bruce Moore but I have to keep it a secret even though it meant pretending to it.

“I'm not sure why you're getting so worked up over nothing.” I uttered, forcing a smile.

But come to think of it, it's really getting to me - I mean, I never really had feelings for him, and suddenly he's all seductive and in the next minute he's all bossy.
