I stepped out of the office bathroom to see Bruce already dressed. “There's someone I want you to meet." He said.

I raised an eyebrow, curious about who this person could be. "Who is it?" I asked, reaching for my clothes.

“A very important person," Bruce replied, his smile widening.

"Alright," I said.

Bruce gave me a wink and a nod. I gathered my things and followed him out of the office. We walked to his car in the garage, and he opened the door for me like a gentleman. I got into the passenger seat, and Bruce got into the driver's seat.

He started the car and drove us to a sit-out in town to meet this person. We arrived at the place and I followed Bruce to a table where a middle-aged man was seated, already waiting for us.

When I got a clear view of the man, a cold shiver ran down my spine.
