DON'T RUN FROM ME

Mason saw the king standing up and instantly understood what was about to happen.

He became worried and turned Kathy to face him.

"I told you to cover up," he said. "Now the king has noticed you. I can't let him get close to you. Do you understand?"

Kathy turned and stared at the king. He made eye contact with her briefly, but she turned away. She looked at Mason in surprise, "I don't understand. I noticed you were bleeding and came to help."

Mason who began kneeling when Kathy entered the ring, quickly got up, and Kathy stood up as well.

He pulled her closer and said, "Forget about the bleeding. It's a normal thing. Listen, for now, tell everyone that we're a couple in love, and no one will try to make you theirs. Is that clear?"

"Make me theirs?" Kathy asked, smiling. "Why would anyone want to make me of all people theirs?"

Mason smiled as he pressed his lips on Kathy's and began to kiss her. Damian, who stood far away outside the ring, stared at both of them in surprise. He no
