CHAPTER 38

ATLAS POV

I hate to admit it but I seriously think I already have feelings for Rhea. I have no plans of saying it to her because I am afraid she would just reject me. It's crystal clear that she's still in love with Matthew and there is no way she can love someone like me. So it would be a waste of time as my love won't be reciprocated.

The fact of the matter is, I am willing to help her accomplish her dreams even if it hurts me inside. My love for her is so genuine that I will make sure she'll come back to her fated mate.

"Atlas... your eyes are full of hope."

"Of course," I said smiling at her. "I want to be your source of confidence... because that is what you are lacking."

She avoided my straight eyes and she could not speak up.

"Tomorrow morning, let us train outside to see if you can transform. But if this does not happen, let us try again some other time until you master it."

"Thank you for your kindness Alpha Atlas. If it wasn't for you, I would be dead by now."
