I woke up with a pounding headache as I had cried myself to sleep. I sat on my bed and ruffled my hair.

I tapped my phone to check the time and surprisingly, it was still morning. I thought I had slept for long.

My eyes went back to my phone and I sighed. I did not get the chance to return the phone to Lauren.

My eyes widened in surprise when I realized again about what was supposed to happen today.

Caden and I were supposed to do some baking and I didn't inform Lauren about it and she doesn't even know how to bake or cook.

She is definitely going to be in a dilemma.
