"How are you feeling?" I asked the young guy that laid weakly on the hospital bed. He looked up at me and smiled.

"I'm fine, thanks to the special treatment I'm getting, a VIP room and a care taker." He replied. I smiled lightly at him.

"I'm sorry that you are lying there on the bed instead of me. But you did not have to do that. We don't even know each other," I said to him.

"Huh? What are you talking about?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.

I looked at him weirdly and sighed. "You pushed me out of the road and got hit instead of me. I wanted to know why you did that." I explained again.

"I think you are mistaking miss. I did not push you out to save you. I was running away from someone and I did not see the vehicle that was coming and mistakenly pushed you so I could run to the other side of the road.

It was not to save you," The guy said, much to my dismay.

"Wait, what?" I was speechless. Did I just hear him correctly or was I hallucinating?
